Brandon has been inspecting homes since 2015 and has completed more than 400 inspections to date. She’s been inspecting since 2018 and became an InterNACHI‑certified residential home inspector in 2020, completing hundreds of inspections ranging from pre‑listings to new construction and renovation projects.
She specializes in condominium and apartment move‑in/move‑out inspections, bringing sharp attention to detail and a calm, client‑focused approach to every property. Her ICC certification adds an extra layer of expertise in building standards and safety compliance, ensuring her work is thorough and reliable.
